As a former Canadian national figure skater, Katelyn has always been intrigued by the body’s ability to perform.

Her passion led her to the University of Calgary, Canada where she received a MSc in Applied Exercise Physiology, specializing in elite sport at the Olympic level, rehab and women’s health. From there, she went on to develop KX’s pregnancy and postnatal program, one of London’s most exclusive health clubs that caters to professionals, celebrities and women. She collaborated with world renowned doctors, including Professor Marc Johnson, as well as recognized physical therapists and nutritionists.

Over the years, she has pulled together a wealth of knowledge and experience, giving her a unique opportunity to develop the “Faison Method,” an intelligent and holistic based training method that is tailored to the anatomy of our body and your goals.

After developing a successful business in London since 2009, she relocated to New York with her husband to begin another adventure with their son.
